Each Ace & Cat bag is carefully packed, sealed and ready to gift - no wrapping, no stress, just fun! All sales are final for safety and hygiene reasons.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We want every bag to bring a smile and we’ll do our best to make it right.
